The 7 Stages of Your Order
Quote
Your journey begins here. Generate your instant PDF Quote online and you'll receive it in your portal and via email, ready for you to review at your convenience.
Artwork
Once your quotation is ready, our team prepares custom artwork for your order. You'll receive an email with the revised quotation and artwork attached. Review everything in your portal and if you're happy, simply sign the quote to move forward. Need tweaks? Just let us know.
Confirmed
When you sign and approve the quotation, your order is officially confirmed. No extra steps, no phone calls needed, your digital signature does it all. Your status updates instantly and we begin preparing your print proof.
Proof
Before we go to production, you'll receive a detailed proof of your order for final approval. Review it carefully in your portal. If everything looks perfect, approve it with your signature right from the page. If something needs adjusting, use the "Request Changes" button to send us feedback directly, no emails back and forth needed.
Production
The moment you approve your proof, production begins. You'll receive an email confirmation that your order is being made, along with an estimated delivery date when available. Sit back and we'll let you know the moment it ships.
Shipped
Your order is on its way. You'll receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also view tracking details and click "Track Delivery" right from your order page in the portal.
Delivered
Your order has arrived. You'll receive a final thank-you email confirming delivery, along with your tax invoice for your records.
